TEAM Up for Success gives students the support, coaching, and resources they need to set meaningful goals, stay engaged in school, and build a brighter future.
TEAM Up for Success is a YouthLink initiative designed to help local students stay successful in school and make healthy choices for their future. The program pairs each student with a trusted goal coach - a teacher, counselor, mentor, or other supportive adult - who helps them set and work toward a school-related goal. Along the way, students may also receive financial assistance for essentials that support their success, like transportation, tutoring, activity fees, or school supplies.
TEAM Up for Success is built on a Two-Generation model, engaging both students and their parents or guardians in the goal-setting process. By strengthening family support and school connections, the program empowers students to achieve lasting results.
