YouthLink helps youth and families find the help they need during times of crisis.

The YouthLink TEAM Program aims to make connections to resources through referrals and recommendations for relevant services available to Logan County youth and families.

When should I make a referral to YouthLink for a TEAM assessment?

 

Concerns that may prompt a referral to the TEAM Program include:

 

  • School attendance/Truancy

  • Grades 

  • Uncooperative or disrespectful behavior at home or at school

  • Substance abuse: drugs/alcohol/smoking/vaping 

  • Anger 

  • Anxiety/Depression/Suicidal Thoughts

  • Bullying 

  • Friends - lack of, or negative influence of

  • Family conflict

  • Trauma 

  • Recent change in lifestyle

2Gen Model:


The TEAM Program utilizes a Two-Generation approach. On the continuum of the 2Gen approach, the majority of TEAM meetings are child-focused with parent elements.
